To request deletion of information Dr Mohamed Ali Pharmacy holds through its Codex Meta app, email drmohameda487@gmail.com with the subject Codex Meta app data deletion request. Identify the Facebook or Instagram account, post, comment, Instagram direct message, report, or other information concerned. Do not send a password, access token, or sensitive medical details.

The pharmacy may ask for information needed to verify the request. It will review copies in its authorized tools, including identified Codex chats, and explain what it can remove. The planned connector has no separate Instagram DM database. A request to the pharmacy does not remove copies held independently by Meta or another person. You can also use Facebook or Instagram controls to manage your account and content on Meta's services.
